Welk jaar ? Je kunt de servo altijd omzeilen als dat nodig is. What Year ? You can always bypass the servo if needed.

Hey man, I’m considering looking into one of these simply to travel to work only as it’s a fair hike there and back. One question, it’s quite a heavy bike, and I was wondering for a guy that’s like 5”10, would it be hard to manage in your opinion? Bike looks amazing btw!

I'm 5"10 as well this bike weighs less than 600lbs.These handle so well and in my opinion are pretty easy to ride.Go for it !

The lever is easy to pull,the clutch on these are large dry clutch and shifting can be somewhat clunky if you are not used to BMW's.

BMW must do this on purpose. On my 1150RT you only have to remove the seats to get to the airfilter housing. Replacing it is a 10 minute job at most. I changed the airfilter on a 1200LC from a mate of mine, you have to take off nearly all Tupperware... It is not hard, but very time consuming. Will help the dealer to increase his service revenue... (if you do not do it yourself).

BMW sounds incredible, so smooth ! What a beautiful part of the USA, clean with very little trash. I imagine you must be wary of deer on your rides. Where I ride we have to watch out for children, chickens, pigs, dogs, water buffalo and even elephants.

Yes the Deer are an issue but they usually come out at dusk so I do not ride at dusk or even at night anymore really.Thanks for the comment : )

Its an adjustable fender extension I think its mainly for wet weather riding keeping the back of the bike cleaner,right now its almost fully up,It also fills in some of those holes in the rear fender,Thanks for the comment : )

I have a R1200RT 2008, without cruise control. These pegs seem cool, but I find the plastic fairings very sharp and it bothered me when I did a 'bucket' test (simulating resting feet in the easy rider position with buckets on the side of the cylinders). Don't your legs touch the sharp edges of the fairings at al?

Many of my ancestors are buried there. I have a plot there too, next to my brothers and cousins in the new section. Headstones are set down and waiting. My brother is the President of the association that takes care of the cemetery. They are all getting older and need the next generation to volunteer to keep the cemetery cleaned up.

I just bought a 2009 and I love it. So smooth especially in the twisties. I'm not one to go racing around, but I did a pull and was at 80MPH just as I shifted to 3rd. Insane power. Don't think I even hit full throttle. More than enough for me.
