What modifications you have done Ryan? It seems adding the network object and network transform adding the main PF_player doesnt do the trick because the childs are moving. But root needs the network object to work. Can you help in the way you solved it?

@@rtwarner They have a beta version of Unity to download, I download it, and it never opens up Unity all the way it just stalls. Most people on the comments that tried to install it, experience the same problem, I hope you don't have to have a different license in order for it to work, I don't know, but if you get it working that would be great!

Is the Multiplayer Plug in Play in Unity 6?

Multiplayer Play Mode is plug and play, but the netcode side is a little more involved. You have to add Network Object, Network Transform, and Network Animator components to your gameobjects to make them work, and your script code has to inherit from NetworkBehaviour instead of MonoBehaviour. Mostly around checking to see if the script was being executed by its owner, so things like steam the camera wouldn’t happen. Minor change to the camera controller too, so it moves during lateupdate.

It's not! I moved over to URP; the volumetric fog is courtesy of OccaSoftware's Buto Fog from the asset store: assetstore.unity.com/packages/vfx/shaders/fullscreen-camera-effects/buto-2022-volumetric-fog-and-volumetric-lighting-258881

I am currently unable to use HDRP due to memory leaks. The memory builds up until pc crashes. Have you experienced the same??

Is this in a specific version of Unity and HDRP? If it's happening in the latest LTS version (2022.3.19 as of today) I would file a bug for sure. I haven't personally run into this issue, but I a lot of memory in my computer.

would be interested to see more. I am currently working on a bachelor project and developing a point & click horror game with unity. Specifically a reimagining of Clock Tower by showcasing how the genre can be improved on by turning a 2D game into a 3D one.

You may not know, or it could be an issue with a newer version of unity, but when I import Mixamo animations and do the whole process, the animations come out kinda wonky on the genesis 8 figure. Really wide legged stance, and other minor things. Any idea why, by any chance? Or how to fix? regardless, thanks for the videos! It's really helped me out. It'll be useful for temp animations if nothing else~

When importing mixamo animations I found it necessary to import the x-bot or y-bot model first, then download the animations without a model and set the avatar value to "copy from other avatar" and use the one from x-bot or y-bot.
