Hola! We’d advise you to visit Cadiz and its beaches better as its by the sea. Seville is beautiful, but mind you, it is in the interior, hottest month and region. Be prepared for 40 celsius in the shade in August!

@@meetmeinmadrid if we decide on Seville because our hotel is non refundable, will the streets at night still busy? I love people watching and enjoying a good beer

@@camerontayfour8897 The streets of Seville are lively enough at night, even in Summer, but pleasantly relaxed compared to high season. The temperatures push things even later-you might find it quiet before 9/10pm

It is nothing special really, just a jar of grated tomatoes with no other ingredients in it. If you don’t have it at hand, you may grate some tomatoes yourself as well. Hope this helps :)

Costa Brava is a large area and they charge for parking in many places (especially near the beaches). One tip would be to use Google maps to find free parking, also called "Ninja parking" on Google maps :)

We really like Illa Roja (this is normally a nudist beach but anybody is welcome) and Aiguablava. Cala Bona, Cala Pola and Cala Giverola were other coves that we liked, but did not share much in the video. There are so many nice beaches to choose from in Costa Brava :)

It depends on your interests and time of the year: If you are looking for nature and good gastornomy, the north is ideal, especially in the summer if what you like is milder weather (other seasons are rainy). If you want a relaxed vibe, great tapas, flamenco, islamic heritage and sunny weather most of the year (ideal for the winter), you should visit the south. Anytime of the year: Madrid and surroundings (our city!:)). BTW form Madrid you can reach any main city with the high speed train (AVE), a very time- efficient option and good value if booking in advance. For example, Madrid-Barcelona, Madrid- Seville and many other. Hope it helps!

Thanks a lot for your comment and support :) 16 days would definitely be optimal for an exciting road trip to discover the beautiful north, some if its hidden gems, enjoy its chilled weather, relaxed lifestyle and mind blowing gastronomy . I would advise you to start in Bilbao/ San Sebastian if there is a convenient flight from where you live. A car is a must, since relying on public transport and trains would be time consuming. Any size car will give you the freedom you need, the road network is phenomenal in Spain. I wouldn't miss the destinations we show in our video series, starting in San Sebastian in the Basque Country, passing through the regions of Cantabria, Asturias and ending in Galicia. We did our trip in 10 days/9 nights, then back to Madrid. Hope it helps to get you started with the planning . Safe and happy travels! :)
