You have to hook it back up to its original truck/vehicle snd return it to stock tune. This will unlock the tuner. Some you will have to do the same thing but instead of returning to stock you have to unlock tuner from vehicle which may be the same thing. Depends on the tuner.

I believe it was the cam phaser portion of the tune. I sent the tune file to a hp tuner forum guy who charges like 100$ to help people. And told him it sounded like the phasers were still activated and turned out they were stil trying to activate so I had him remove their signal in the tune and it went away.

This is easily the result of keeping a dog in an apartment. A walk on a leash isn't enough. A big dog needs space to roam free. 2x 30min walks a day isn't going to cut it. Dogs need to run.
