Dr Dick Schwartz of IFS therapy has an interesting take on narcissistic parts and how to heal them. Interestingly a recent podcast of Daniel Naor looking at how to embrace our klippot parts. It would be great to hear the kabbalistic take on Narcissism.

I followed my gut which was being lied to i think or hijacked by an even worse possibility or something equally bad... and that due to either my own error or someone else's - permanently took me off my path.

This is brand new to me that there are situations that have no fix, and you remain stuck there.

Wow! What a wonderful show. It's my first time listening. So much wisdom and guidance shared, presented with such warmth and levity. I enjoyed the beautiful interplay between you. Searching another episode to listen to right now. Thank you.

I love all episodes! Thank you! I’ve learned so much! One thing I was thinking is maybe if you talk about the energy/events the week before, so we can listen to it through the week, to better prepare and use the week energy even more? Thank you again and congratulations in the podcast !!!

Thank you for the summer episode, Elisheva. I’m struggling with the lack of desire to find a soulmate. I’m 40, female, single. I was in a bad relationship from my mid twenties to my mid thirties. I’d like to find trustworthy to love, but to be terrible honest the concept you mentioned sounds like so much work. I mean, is it only work? What’s the point then? Just to grow spiritually? Sorry, I just feel down.
Thank you so much for this episode. I such a brief podcast you shared so much about the gift and the huge opportunity I have in my relationships which are the hardest thing for me to do and that I have been asking for a while now for help. Really appreciated it!!🙏☺ love weekly energy boost podcast!!!

I like the way they call the adversary the opponent like its a judo match. Reminds me of jacob. Im not saying they're wrong to call it the opponent. It was just strange hearing that for the first time. We wrestle with ourselves, we wrestle not against flesh and blood , we wrestle to maintain balance. Woe to those who doesn't see the judo match and who underestimates the opponent hahahaha.
