It's very important to understand calories and eating healthy overall. Despite eating about 2300-2400 calories as a 14-year-old, I never gain weight, and I only eat meat and fruit. I believe that eating foods that are rich in vitamins and protein is much more important than lowing calories

Not a single person who wants one of those drinks is gonna drink black coffee. You can still have those drinks, just in moderation. Also keeping your protein and fiber up in your other meals during the day will help 💪💪 Sometimes when I get one of these drinks it goes in the freezer/fridge for the next day

I used to drink the normal sparkling water until I tried spindrift. The lemon flavor was great, so great in fact I couldn't justify spending the amount of money I was on it all the time so I invested in a Drinkmate OmniFizz and a 20lb Co2 tank to make my own with 100% lemon juice I bought at Costco. The initial investment was atrocious but the money saved over time will be well worth it. Once I've saved enough to offset the cost of the 20lb co2 tank, and Drinkmate. I've read someone was able to carbonate 4 liters of water a day with a 20lb tank for a year (and it was still going) and to fill the tank was about $35. The cost of lemon juice from Costco is ~$7 for ~3 liters. Therefore if my math is correct I'm spending about $0.02126 in gas, and $0.0729 in lemon juice. I use filtered tap water as the water, so that's basically nothing. So my cost basis per 30fl oz is about 10 cents. Using a 24pk of spindrift 12fl oz (lemon) @ $14.19 equates to ~$1.48 for the equivalent amount I can make for 10 cents. I'm not even sure if that's accounting for the deposit you have to pay on cans where I live, which would be another $1.20 on top of the $14.19. Also the Drinkmate was ~$120 and the Co2 tank (200) with gas (35) came out to ~$235. Totaling ~$355. Meaning I'll recoup my money in savings in under a year, even faster taking into consideration the can deposit. Long story I know but something to also consider, and I completely agree with spindrift being superior. * Also note that the Drinkmate has other uses, and can carbonate a ton of other things.

So your saying dont drink sparkiling water with natural flavors but drink sparkling water with natural flavors also last i checked carbonation isnt a natrual cause you cant magicall mix co2 and carbon monoxide

I love your four. I would add a couple things: Being true to your heart, no matter the opinions of other people (I am getting better at this as I get older, but I'm noticing that living from your heart can also create distance between you, your family, and friends). I'd be curious to hear your thoughts on this. I also try to focus on my creative side i.e., writing, making music. As a man, I would like to be remembered as someone who brought something creative, original, and unique to the world. Just some thoughts! Great job on the channel
