Hey boss man im having the exact same problems as you on my 03 ram 1500 5.7 hemi and im trying to get a pcm ,but my question is is there any thing that i have to look out for like S/N or P/N numbers like on the tag or all of should be good?

My 05 doge Dakota 4.7 temp was going fine and using my AC,but when I came to a 2 mile slight hill the temp began climbing to 80% . Once I reached the top of the hill temp dropped back to normal ...any ideas guys ?

My Ford Explorer 2018 XLT V6 3.5L naturally aspirated with 32 768 km. on it has had this lifter tick after the oil has been changed and I have put the CERATEC from Liqui Moly and it has been disappeared.

had this issue with my 2012 Tahoe u can only use specific oil filter or it will throw off the oil pressure related codes

today a 04 dodge with hemi came.. lost power on freeway.. and throttle body code.. we replace with a new one and same problem... no fix.. we check the 5v on conector pf the throttle body and it was 4.8 volt.. so we decide to. chance the ecm from another truck that we have in the shop and.. problem fix.. we got 5 volts on conector and now work perfect..now we are waiting on a replecment ecm to finish the job

Anyone ever took the bed off instead of pulling tank? Im thinking about doing that mainly because my bed is rusted out underneath n i can shake the truck bed pretty easy, but also worried about opening up another problem or multiple ones.

Only comment I would make, is that it's a good idea to disconnect your battery wires from the poles before beginning any work around an open fuel tank and especially when working on the electric fuel pump. Ground the frame to rid yourself of the risk of static electricity as well. Just a thought. - WKBMD

Thanks a ton. My 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 is giving me the same issue. I will also come to a stop light and it almost shuts off on me with the RPM's trying to drop under .5. I watched another one of your videos and I think I am going to first clean my throttle body and if that does not help the situation out I will just buy a new throttle body from the auto parts store and see how that goes.

Felpro 35840 is the number….not nescessary with a new water outlet as you say but save some aggravation if reusing it

Anyone know the temp ranges for our thermostat? Got a 04 ram with 4.7l. Gauge looks like that.

the o-ring is sufficient usually …but as you experienced a leak after doing water pump that the gasket that is available would have prevented when using an old water outlet just like you did it then disassembled and reassembled with a new outlet

Replacement seals are certainly available for the thermostat, and I could be mistaken but the stock temp is 192 or around there…there is a water outlet gasket available and recommended when reusing an old outlet, I personally just scrape it on the concrete a few times and reuse the outlet but install with a new thermostat o-ring and a outlet gasket lightly coated with rtv

It would have been a lot easier for you to remove the truck bed that way you got to mess with no lines or dropping a tank it's only six boats you have to remove the tailgate stop lights one ground strap on a passenger side just pick up the bed slide it back a little enough for you to have clearance slider back maybe 5 to 6 ft back I've done this procedure lots of times with different trucks yes it's time consuming but in the end you don't break no lines
