Yeah, thanks for the vid! saw the racecar one too. I bought a project that sat in a garage for 23 years, finally fixed it, drove it for an hour and the heater core was clogged to where it exploded. So I ordered a new one and have to yank the dash to change it. Great appreciation from someone in Michigan USA! :)

I tried changing both relays and the blower motor still not working. I found that both 15A fuse for the blower blew. So I replaced those fuse with new 15A fuse. Upon turning the car key in the ignition, both new blower fuse blew. Do you know what could be the issue?

Hey Mate, I’m not an accountant so don’t want to give any financial advice. I would suggest to check out your state and federal laws and work from there. What I do know, is you can use these methods of finding cars, reading a market etc whether you’re required to pay tax on them or not. The principles stay the same.
