What does the dress look like when it gets unpacked on the other end? That's my big concern. That this defeats the purpose of putting it in a garment bag like that once you put all the other stuff on top

I was in the military for 13 years and I used a garment bag many times. If you put it in the bag carefully it should be fine for wear at your destination.

@@johnjulie6657 Did you roll the garment bag up and pack a bunch of other clothes and hygiene items on top of them? I've used garment bags before too. its the rolling up and turning it into a duffle you pack other things into that is making me wary

@@sarahschreffler5407 sorry but most of mine were bi-fold and a couple were suit bags. The bi-fold bag did have shoes, a ditty bag, spit kit, under clothes and extra what nots! Oh, always gotta carry a sowing kit! 13½ years in the military and you learn how to pack! 😀
