I love the open concept BUT I have one big issue with it, which is the increase in outdoor noise levels. Concrete walls are the best in sound insulation compared to glass. So for e.g. if there's noise coming from one side, you can move to another room and vice-versa. With the walls all hacked, any outdoor noise can be heard throughout the house. I've even looked at soundproof glass sliding/folding doors but they're still no match to concrete walls. Is there a solution to this?

My dream home! This is the exact design that i want for my future 3 room hdb as I want to be able to knock down the common room wall as well! Love the floating tv console and shoe cabinet - looks more spacious because you can see the floor. Love the bed headboard with integrated strip light for the indirect lighting. Love that you knock down the small store room to open up the space and built full height storage against the wall. This is a better use of storage space - easier to access things when it's all flush against the wall.
