There are disposable cover kits that are recommended for immunocompromised people, and for some who are in Chemo or organ transplant process. A lot of "Make-A-Wish" families simply bring a sheet to cover plane seats (and movie theater seats, etc) or a wheelchair seat cushion for comfort & for the front pocket storage.
