When do your face with someone who is constantly disrespecting you are rejecting you I think the easiest thing to do it's define a group of people don't understand your values and who you are the systematic thing that we go through as human beings is facing a manipulator who is adamant that they are always right but if you can ground yourself and apply the fundamentals of being authentic to your own self I do not think you will have a problem living with a manipulator it is totally different from working with one what we have to do is filia vibration understand who we are and keep very quiet loyalty has an expiration date and what you need to see you will see because you will cover your ass and your eyes and your mouth like the old Chinese philosopher with gracefulness be mindful keep your head above water and you will be successful indulge yourself would the things you like to do and the people who has the same values as yourself I guess this you should embrace
