I love that this sort of has an open floor plan but also has good separation of spaces. It makes it feel super grand and upscale as opposed to a completely open floor plan

We want to do concrete floors too, but the dirt here south of Austin shifts so we are trying to make a build easy as possible to lift the house up so leaks are easy to fix! 😭

The house is 5500 square feet with 3 car garage. It’s more of a one and a half story house since the only thing upstairs is a game room and bar. I love the look of stained concrete but ohhh well!!
