I was told that there is no customer support numbers only email tickets. You have to make a ticket out.

That's why I prefer buying things from Sweetwater. They have custom support and a direct line to most of the software that they sell for Support. They will make a ticket out for you.

The best way to sort them a couple of years ago was to complain about them on Twitter. Companies hate a twitter storm. Sadly Elon Musk has ruined that as well. You need a Pura Vida pal.

I did get a response after I posted my video on their Facebook page, but it was useless. All I want to do is to speak to a human being, but there may be none at Native Instruments!

Sounds about as useful as my local GP. (That's a General Practitioner or doctor in the UK) UK inland Revenue just as bad. All our operatives are busy right now. That's one operative whose taking a long toilet break. Welcome to the 21st century. Perhaps we need AI a dam sight sooner. Sorry Will, but this is an endemic syndrome within customer service worldwide.

Sad customer service is so poor especially when you are supposed to be dealing with musicians that are sensitive to harmony and true emotion. Best wishes, Will. I was happy to come across this video you posted as it reminded me of the great moments spent with you in Montréal in 2017 where I got to play on my native instrument along with you and Jacques Gravel.

They haven't changed in the 5 years since I spent $500 with them and received a non-functioning piece of software. No help from customer support and after 2 phone conversations they quit responding to me at all. No trouble shooting (other than "Have you tried restarting your computer?"), no product replacement, no refund. Typical for Native Instruments. Haven't dealt with them since.
