Stardin Outerdust is probably the most broken out of all the sanses due to the 4 stars surrounding you and the plethora of camping attacks you have. Also the fact that you have 220 stamina is wild. (upgrade 2)

For those of u who don’t have these items at ranks that are considered high ( like u should have some of them ) don’t worry. This is probably due to u asking and getting like 300-500 ranks overnight. Most of the time u won’t get what u need off rip and will need more items. For example I’m rank 1980 almost 2k and am only a few items away from slicer. After I get it I can make seraphim ring then work towards Eldridge tenticals.

Murder is the most expensive skin for dust since he costs 250 wins and 1300-1350 exp, Yes you can get upgraded variants of the skins like dustfell snowdin, outerdust stardin.

I think it mostly comes down to this. People knew that waterfall dust was hard to win against, so people would play as him very frequently, giving people time to practice. Then nerfs came out, and now he's out done by snowdin.
