Since they blocked the part with the owner's father, maybe he saw the work and didn't like how he looked. Some people HATE seeing photos of themselves.

Isn't your mural just blocked by coffee tins and other odds and ends? I just feel that such a nice mural should be in the open for everybody to see instead of an internal storage wall. Your art should be showcased up front and centre!

THIS is not the original colonial Telok Kurau Primary School which I went in 1948 to 1953 which was in Lorong J nearer to the main Telok Kurau definite not this one which nearer to Still Road which was used by Civil Defence HQ for eastern SG. Please check with the archives for the original which our late PM Lee Kuan Yew really went. I took my PSLE in 1953 in TKES and sucessfully passed to be posted to Raffles Institution in Brass Basah Road then opposite Capitol Theater and also near Raffles Hotel. Senior Pioneer Generenation. Hope other SPGs who went TKES can also respond. Proud to be SG.

@@AlvinMarkArt I'd say, it's not just a climate thing, it's about a big drop of quality. they are trying to stay cheap to be accessible for art students and also to make money for yourself - water, gummi and binders are cheaper than pigments. there are scandals about deteriorated quality, big air bubbles inside of pans and tubes. a lot of tubes are lost 1/3 or even a half of their paint😅 also some of the newest granulating colors are always gooey even in the dry place where I live. I don't know how much wn costs you, but maybe there are better options for their price? I love mijello and pinax extra (yeah, this one is local, made in russia too) for example

He mentioned he took 4 days. Yes, I take about 45 mins to push one out (excluding the filming). A far cry from the from the 8-12 hours for the long format 😅 thank you for asking ☺️

They look like gelotos and I think(it’s been so long) that they will smear better over gesso or with a wet wipe.
