I guess if you are part of the industry you may know current scenarios like layoffs....scam and fraud regarding jobs and salary and all such things.... Yes there's scope as movie's and visual contents are not gonna stop. Ai is a tool to make things quick and fast and to help human.....so all this rumours and gossips regarding ai will replacing human..... Ignore this things.....just learn AI..... upgrade your self.....

Summarize of the story :- ki ey field me koi life nehi hain , apna family , socail life sab bhul jao aur gadhe ki tarah 24/7 kam karo . Uske bad bhi koi job security nehi hain . Company 10/12 saal ke experience bande ko bhi nikal rahe hain . Baat ihape update ki nehi hain . Ai le wajah se pehle jahape 20 log lagte the avi 2 log chahiye . Matlab compitition asman par hain . Aur aisa bhi nehi ap apne apko update kar liye toh apki job bach jayegi . Kal ai aur advance hoga tab wo 2 log bhi nehi chahiye hoga . Moral of the story iss industry almost dead hain . Aur anewale 1/1.5 saal me puri tarah dead ho jayegi . So as a hobby sikh sakte ho vfx but i suggest go for real job .

@@glorious_spell main job kar raha huun paiso ke liye . Kyunki Paisa nehi hoga toh khaoge kya? Passion , hobby follow karne ke liye khana toh khana padega na . Main job isliye kar raha huun ki main dusre kisi cheez ki padhai kar raha huun . Maybe 2/2.5 saal me main ey industry chod dunga .

yes u can switch another filed . becoz this industry will dead very soon . in this field no job security and have not any future scope . if u have hobby then do it . ither wise i suggest you go for real job . artist is not a job , it is a passion .

so whats now ? what should we do ?? tecnicolor is also doing the same .I compleated the test file for technicolor and got selected for AVGCI academy(partnershiped with rotomaker,global VFX and Technicolor group) but they were asking me to attend the internship for 4-5 months without any stifen , please give some information on this beacuse every freasher wants to join technicolor as an Artist .

Animation field khatam hone wala hain . Ai is field ko 1 saal me puri tarike se khatam kar dega . Iss field me na toh job security hain aur nahi work life balance. Main khud guilty feel kar Raha hai animation sikh k . Isilye mammi papa bolte the Art koi job nehi hain , ey ek passion hain . Meri mano toh animation industry me mat ana . Bohot hi ghatiya field hain . Agar bap ka bohot paisa hain toh passion k liye karo .
