We are on the same page!! 1month se regular workout kiya hai isiliye body sore nhi hai but yes ab routine form hogya hai and it feels good to be at the gym working out. Also, dietary changes me Maine bhi keval proteins hi introduce kiya hai apne meal(twice a day) baki ka dheere dheere manage karenge 💪

Hey, at this weight you need not have protein every day. The extra fat will not be utilised to burn fat... Start protein once u achieve youre desired weight or if u go down and get to 60kg. For now take limited protein proportion

Try having salads with every meal. Even if its not a fancy one just cut some cucumber or carrot and you’re good to go❤ also having a bowl of curd with lunch would be great🤩 keep going!!
