I think it could use some tweaks and be a real weapon in TF2. 1st. Players can disable the sound if they are on either team with a setting in the menus. 2nd. For each "Ammo" it consumes (out of 200) it deals 5 damage per second within a range of 1000 hammer units (could be changed). 3rd. Can pierce through thin walls ~(<50 HU) in size give or take. It also cannot penetrate the spawn room unless the enemy can be seen and the gate is open (prevents spawn-camping) 4th. Heavy moves as slow as with the 'Brass Beast' weapon, almost halving his walking speed when "firing" the tunes. 5th. The sound the gun makes can be customized in the user's inventory, any MP3 or WAV file will work (or whatever audio file format that TF2 uses) 6th. Uses 1 ammo per second, and can be refilled the same as any other one of Heavy's weapons. The user will also have 25% less healing from medic and dispenser sources, and it will not refill ammo while equipped near a dispenser, so heavy would get about 3 minutes of blasting tunes before refilling (refills at the same rate as normal). This weapon would only really be useful with the help of your team around, and wouldn't have enough DPS to stop a spy from backstabbing you.
