Which for form should I file for my international adopted children. I have been taking care of them sincere when their mother passed away in 2016. Thank you very much for the information. I have adopted two children in abroad. Adoption process already completed in the country where children lives. How can i bring them into United States faster. Their mother deceased, the father is old and unable to care for the children. The children are suffering. I have spent more than two a total ofyears with the children in my several visits to them. I and my spouse wanted to bring them here and take care of them.

The issue is Sharia law as it does not allow adoption. There may be a path depending upon the language in the guardianship order.

Try for SB1 but it won't be easy. A lawyer will be needed.

Encourage her to to consult, via video her US based doctor and to plan her return ASAP. If she has the physical green card and it's not expired, the airline is supposed to let her on the airplane to the US, where she will then face questioning. A lawyer will tell her what documents to give. If the customs agent is satisfied they'll let her back in. If they are not, tell her not to sign away her green card and demand to see the judge.

If youre here illegally, you dont need a chinese shot. If you come as a student or on work visa...no shot. If you come as a tourist..no shot. If you come on k-1..no shot. But if youre married coming in you need a shot even though the evidence proves it does nothing to prevent you getting it or transmitting it.

Testing positive for hepatitis B should not bar you from receiving an immigrant visa. You should make sure you are receiving the appropriate treatment.

It takes 3 months approx to clear judiciary...that takes us to September. That leaves us 4 months to clear house, senate, reconcile and then become a law... it's not gonna happen. At least in its current form. Maybe something piecemeal might pass.

You will have to see an immigration lawyer for your situation. Worst case scenario is that you will have to go through the green card process again.

So after you have i601 approved got GC so now what ? I mean when you go to apply citizenship can officer ask all about that i601 situation again or can they creat any problem even 601 was approved for green card(10 years)

So when you said say YES to the question in n400 for misrepresentation or regarding that (ever lied) so story behind 601 was the piece of information which they called FACT material or information which was later given from the applicant so it wasn’t mention in the first arrival visa but then given in i485 so uscis alleged that you misrepresented material fact and all that so they asked for written response about the matter and give an option to file for 601 so in response told them it wasn’t willful misrepresentation and didn’t know about the fact at that time when came to know provided information and submitted 601 with it. So now there is no admission to any misrepresentation but still it would be YES on n400. Really appreciate your time. Thanks
