This podcast came right in time. I have never liked my hair because it's not so full and do not have a great texture as at when this podcast was shot my friend booked a session for me with a barbing saloon, but after this podcast I have decided to keep speaking to my hair and get the right product!!!! BTW I used the money i was supposed to barb my hair to buy chips Cos I found a solution!!!! God bless you ma'am!!!!!

Thank you. Bentonite clay and AVC forms a micture that is corrosive to metal and its even adviced you flush your drains with hot water if you rinse in the bathroom. So its best to do your mixture in a glass or plastic bowl so you dont have unwanted metals mixed into your clay.

I have very thick coarse hair and if i leave my twist for more than two weeks my hair come out tangled. How do you manage those twist for so long without it being locked?

I always put it in a stretched sub-style like a puff or bantu knots at night or big twist it up again or thread it down. What you dont wanna do is leave it hanging free at long intervals. Maybe for some hours to look cute but not for days.
