I had the same issue. To fix it, I bought armour+evasion helmet, gloves, boots and body armour. All the evasion is converted in to armour thanks for the Iron Reflexes keystone. You need armour+evasion armour for both the following masteries; Evasion Mastery "+15% chance to Suppress Spell Damage if Equipped Helmet, Body Armour, Gloves and Boots all have Evasion Rating" Armour Mastery "+1% to all maximum Elemental Resistances if Equipped Helmet, Body Armour, Gloves, and Boots all have Armour" Try and get spell suppression on at least your helmet, boots and gloves. You will get 14% from the Reflexes notable and the small passive before it, and 17% from the Entrench notable and the small passive before it. The rest will come from your helmet, boots and gloves, and from Dexterity thanks to the Magebane keystone. If you can, try and get dexterity on your rare items. You will gain +1% chance to suppress spell damage per 15 Dexterity from Magebane. Also, don't forget the Prismatic Skin notable and the Maximum Fire Resistance small passive before it. Not only does this give you +2% maximum resistances from Prismatic Skin, the +1% maximum fire resistance is converted in to +1% maximum cold and lightning resistance thanks to the Valako, Storm's Embrace Chieftain keystone. If you are still struggling, you can get +2 maximum Endurance Charges pretty easily from the Stamina and Vigour notable passives to be tonky. I also bought a 5L Lightning Coil but it's a little expensive to find a linked one at the moment.

Every Character is in blood stance in default. So we only benefits from the blood stance part.

Not really. With how autoexert works, you basically lose all the effects of the warcry when you automate now.

just don't use barkskin and take the tincture node instead, barkskin is beyond worthless anyway. or are you full speccing into tinctures? that seems miserable from a qol perspective, having to activate and deactivate constantly, but its probably really good if you don't mind the clunkiness

If you don't like pressing enduring cry you can get eldritch mod "generate 1 endurance charge every 15 seconds" and use "100% increased charge duration" charge mastery. 100% endurance charge uptime with no extra buttons, but you lose a bit of damage. so depends on if you like qol or more dmg, i know i'm gonna be getting that mod&mastery, fuck pressing more buttons, especially ones with cast time such as warcries
