Sweet video. You can can easily run the spark plugs until 120k miles. Those plugs are pricey haha. Also a suggestion for changing out coolant at the recommended interval would be to prevent electrolysis. Checking voltage within the coolant can prevent the coolant corroding metals and pre mature gasket failure 👍

If you have a power rear view mirror and $35 to burn, you can pick up a Dongar mirror power adapter which will add a USB outlet right behind your rear view mirror. Then you can plug the camera into that with a 6 inch cable. Just as clean as hardwiring into an add-a-fuse or battery, but way easier. But be warned that with this setup, the cameras will only be on when the ignition is on; works fine in my case since I park in low risk areas 99% of the time.

What is the dangers of doing a complete flush, I never see any videos on that process?
@teamoildrop
@teamoildrop 3 күн бұрын
Complete flushes are typically done via a machine sending fluid through the transmission itself. Inherently this can cause some issues as these transmissions are meant to flow fluid themselves and not have it pumped through them via an outside source. Most Toyota dealers these days will only complete a drain and fill service on transmissions so I’d say follow their lead on this one. -Austin

That particular bolt is a 14mm that is torqued to 32lb-ft, so in theory it isn't that "easy" to break loose just to take tension off of the serpentine belt. We like to err on the side of doing all maintenance items on the "severe" timeline just to keep everything extra healthy! -Austin
