Video good, Game good but 3 hours nonstop this music is awful. I have to turn of my speakers or else I will faint.

At the beginning of the video you got 400+ tiles! How is that even possible?

That is crazy! Great job! I’m absolutely horrid at this game so would love a video on how your strategy changed from your original “tips and tricks” video! That map is absolutely epic! Bravo!

can you explain your way of thinking? why are you not closing out the groups in the beginning but creating these long arms of single tiles?

I find your Video amazing, but I must ask, is it an AI playing or a real person. I am still trying to understand some points but I don't know where to find it. Can you help please.? Thanks have a nice weekend.
@gpa6 ай бұрын
Hi Keith, this is no AI, just me playing after many attempts and getting better at the game. I made a hints and tips video which you can find on my page. Hope that helps.

why so complicated. just build archers ant literally nothing else, besides up to 4 melee units co capture all the cities. no settlers, no builders, no city improvements, just archers. because the game is utterly broken like that.
@gpa7 ай бұрын
Archers are great early game but it’s not so simple on deity difficulty. The AI tends to get crossbowmen first and the walls go up quick, so you need to get siege units to do the damage and melee units to take the damage. This means expanding the empire, production and improvements… I’ve found that ranged units become more of a support unit to hit and weaken the enemy around the city, especially once urban defences are up.

I usually don't comment a lot but I wanted you to know that sometimes when I feel stressed I come back to your playthrough and it calms me down really well. I really enjoy the music in this game, too. Thank you for that :)

Well this is cool! I'm watching this at 2x to see what I can pick up. I find I can land games between 35k-75k so far and have been stuck in that range. Already learning a lot from this video - especially taking note of how much you let things sprawl outwards in the beginning. I've typically kept things tight and more clumped together. Thanks for sharing!

You should rename the video to, try to ... so that nobody knows that you will archive this goal. Most of the people skipping the video, cause of the spoiler.

It's so interesting how much effort you put in to setting up perfects. Really seems to pay off when you're low on tiles. Definitely something I will try to put more focus on. Thanks for posting this, I've really learned a lot by watching!

2:54:28 - I like to thing that the final tile is his beach (farm) house where he can finally rest and retire after a long journey.
