From the beginning of humanity until now, humans have not created anything that doesn't have a purpose. That's why we need to ask our creator why he created us. How? Research the main religions and you'll find the truth 🤍

I grew up without the Internet and social media. I've also been through the transition to the "digital world". Our brains evolved in an environment of face to face interaction. Digital engagement is unnatural. It is literally changing the way brains are developed. Content is engineered to be addictive. It's not your fault. They are really good at it. Smartphones, social media and the Internet is a double edged sword. On one hand, there's endless truth to be found. On the other hand, these corporations and media content creators are feeding off of everyone's addiction. It's truly the greatest threat to humanity, currently.

Thank you for this, ur video is so calming and nice to watch. It definitely surpasses professional and I love how authentic ur being. I hope u keep on growing and enjoy what you do because you deserve it. I'm starting a channel as soon as I'm able to, but my only fear is that I'll lose interest before I really get anywhere with it as I have with other hobbies. Though, it's something I want to enjoy because I like editing, photography, and creating things. Anyways, thanks for the advice!

People often underestimate how stressful the proces can be. You're no longer who you were, but you're not yet who you want to be. Feels like your sense of identity is lost in no mans land. You're so right, discipline is essential to complete that journey

You should also make a video about how we need to be masculine for the men and be more feminine for the women. How we should improve in that area. I believe men are growing weaker and women are becoming more vulnerable. That is a good topic in my opinion. I mean you compare our life now to 100 years ago. My grandad always talks about how things and people have dramatically changed. He talks about how no one seems to play their roles in a family and how no one has respect anymore….ect

I’ve really enjoyed your video man, keep it up! The ultimate solution to most of the problems is through Jesus Christ. Because when we follow scripture we live a happier, wiser life. You should do a daily scripture video and relate to a verse in the book of proverbs, that helps with everyday life and helps make wiser decisions👍

I just started reading Cal Newport. I was wondering if i you heard about his book "How to be a High School Superstar"? I just finished reading another book by him and really want to read more (which will probably "so good they can't ignore you" and "deep productivity.") I was curious about high school superstar but I thought it might be more interesting to hear a review from someone who is in high school (and might be able to use the information.) Also I am curious on what you will do for a senior project since you will be a senior.

Thanks for taking the leap and getting to posting this. Needed this and surprised it came only a day after watching the huberman lab podcast on social medias affect on the youth. I think my next plan of action is to remove KZfaq from my phone. And only keep it on my IPad that I use for school work. It's never too late to start. Today's the day. Short form content has to go. It's ruined my reward pathway.

Perhaps you can record a vid chat with other like-minded young people discussing the issues diminishing their self-worth, or how they're dealing with toxic relationships, or maybe defining passion in everyday life. You may consider a change of environment for aesthetics--like doing it in nature, by a river, the ocean, a mountain top, or even while on a hike... JMHO
