The same way Carolus Rex is better in Swedish when it comes to Sabaton Or that Amerika sounds better in German as Rammstein is a german band. How can I live is way better in Spanish and also more emotional sounding here.

It doesn't, but the lyrics are very very different. Basically, the beginning in english says "I am so unlike you, in so many ways", while in spanish it translates to "You are so similar in every way i am" The title of the song that they say in spanish isn't "how can i live without you" and instead says "you are a part of me", it caries a similar image, but its a way more different one, but powerful in that very same different sense.
