What army painter paints would work for this colour scheme ? Also would this scheme work with the models primed white ?

I love this, just bought a box of Battle Sisters and will probably follow your method. A question though, how are you painting the lower chest of the mini with the gun glued on and obscuring it? Also, wouldn't it be easier to paint the head as a separate assembly, and primed light gray instead of black? In any case, I really like your result.

Are there any other primers you would recommend besides the automobile one you use? I don’t want to mess up and overprime my minis and if there’s a GW alternative I think it would be more forgiving.

I always love that if I buy a plastic model kit it comes with instructions in 27 different languages with numbers and arrows explaining where each part goes, BUT If I buy a game miniature I get a bag of parts-live it up.

This seems to be the only video that does it similarly to the Citadel app's guide (which I used to buy paints) and not with contrast paints (like everyone else on KZfaq. So that's handy to get started. I'll probably try the other way, too, at some point, to see what's easier or turns out looking better.

Dude, your painting is excellent. However, your figure preparation is terrible. There are mold lines all over your mini. A small amount of time cleaning off those lines will improve your finished mini. Seeing those lines on a nicely painted mini detracts from your good paint job. Bill

The best thing about fantasy figures (unlike say historical WWII etc), is that you can paint them anyway you like.

Thunderhawk Blue is more greenish then it looks at your video. I bought one to paint cadians, and it's darker and more emerald then your mini.
