Not really the quiet zones in downtown SD have been quiet for years I want to say 12 or so years but they don't deserve it

@@jesusthatspotsfans4898 With people walking around lowered train gates and in front of trains there really can't be any quiet zones with people ignoring crossing protection devices. Many people even drive around lowered gates with narrow misses.

I don't know why SD didn't relieve the same upgrades like in Oceanside if you catch that in the other video I have at Oceanside I was at Mission Ave crossing yeah San Diego needs them

@@jesusthatspotsfans4898 People need to obey railroad crossing warning devices instead of trying to beat the trains crossing in front of them especially at pedestrian crossings. They've got to keep sounding these train horns for those reasons.

They’re all still operating, some operate more than others but they are still running them until the battery electrics are limped into service, the battery buses been in that depot for over a year now

It's nice to be able to take such a seat on 2304, but it's shameful too because 2304 has just returned from overhaul, but since it got locked mid-set so fast, we still have no idea what its new horn sounds like and if it sounds any better than it did all that time ago back when it had a K5CA-LS. Would much rather hear whatever 2304 sounds like now than the atrocious, fouled horn of 2301.

I am gonna miss the 1100-series XN60’s, but I’m intrigued to see the new 1900-series XN60’s as well. I heard 10 of these buses were sold to Santa Cruz Metro, which confirms not all of them will be scrapped.
