Please. Reaction videos need either words or facial reactions. You need to actually react. What exactly are you reacting to, as film makers? Who are your 'reactions' (analysis, really) for? Are you reacting for student film makers who aspire to film dance and performance? Not fans. If you are reacting to film making, it doesn't seem correct to critique a rehearsal and not the actual MV or officially filmed performance. Smells like a band wagon situation to me.

Someone with a crane? Dance Practice with practice being the operative word. They are so good that the practice videos often seem like performances, but notice where they are.

We have that in common!!! My bias is also RM and my wrecker is Sugar and coming right behind him is Jimin!!

There are no coincidences in this one.

Their use of atmospherics is amazing.

They created this set , from the ground up , for this MV.

The shoot times for theur MVs are relatively short, due to their high levels of professionalism.

Making it appear seamless , shows the professionalism of the entire production team.

The MV , Dope, it was shot in a 24 hour straight shooting period, only taking eating, drinking & promo shot breaks.

This group really enjoys practical effects like real fire, 100s of gallons of rushing water, explosions, pyrotechnics, fully created physical sets & so on..

I highly recommend their dance practice videos, as they have English subtitles. But their live performances are just as good. Boy in Luv, Danger, Fire, We Are Bulletproof pt 2, N.O, On, Run, DNA, I Need U, Butterfly, Ddaeng..........

BTS formed with a rap line - RM, Suga (Agust D alter ego), and JHope (did the opening pop and lock) and the vocal line - Jin, Jimin, V, and JK.

You need to experience the Agust D trilogy by Suga of BTS!!!! He came out with 2 mixtapes and an album for the trilogy, with multiple songs from each representative of parts of Suga's life. This Idol performance is a call out to their haters, underground hip-hop rap artists, that called them sellouts and westernized. Listen to the lyrics, as they are key. Yes, they are wearing traditional Joseon era, yet modern, hanboks and dancing to the Joseon era mask play and dance. Jimin does a version of a traditional fan dance, there is a lion dance!

This performance was done with careful attention to the South Korean culture, as their haters (underground hip-hop rap artists) continually call them sellouts and too westernized. Idol lyrics call out their haters to just leave them alone with their petty remarks, because according to the main line "you can't stop me loving myself" and "call me artist, call me idol" "I don't care, I'm free" "I do what I do, I do what I want". The members are wearing traditional, yet modern, hanbok robes, dancing the Joseon era mask play and dance, along with Jimin's modern take on traditional fan dance, the lion folk dance. This performance was to basically shut down all of their critics. I think they succeeded in the mist beautiful way!

Are you guys okay? It’s been a minute or two.

After losing my sister, my parents, my son distancing himself from me and a betrayal from my best friend of over 30 years I found myself alone and emotionally numb. I was walking through life so isolated and disconnected and even worse... I was okay with it. I was biding time. When BTS found me it was in the middle of a very hard winter and was in hibernation mode. I have always been introverted and music was always a bridge to connect me to the world but I had let go of it. BTS and their music awoke something in me. It was a soothing balm to my soul! I started singing. I danced! And I can belly laugh one minute and be bawling the next! To say that Bts finds you when you need them the most... absolutely one hundred percent yes!! I am so grateful for this gift and these 7 boys!! This video is great. Bts and Army are my family and Love them!! XO

I love these boys 👦 and I am 72...they are very real and their talents and sincerity comes through with all they do and also they are a miracle sent from fate so the world 🌎 can get a piece ❤️ of what humans ❤️ should help to continue to help them keep love and good will in the whole world..I could go on and try to explain happiness that they spread but its hard to put it in words all the goodness that comes from their care in sharing their lives❤😅

My first encounter with BTS was 2023…looking for choreography/dance with my daughter and their dance practice popped out. Just that one click in their dance practice I was hooked! I was late to the party…but I keep myself updated with their videos posted by their fandom/BANGTAN Tv, Weverse/Vlive etc…yes, I’m looking forward for these kids to come back 2025.

The camera work, is so smooth & follows their actual movements & the momentum of their forward motion , so it gives you the whim-whams like you're on a roller-coaster .

It is more of an anthem , than just a song.

If you're a film maker, you will love this , single scene, breathtakingly dramatic, cinematic masterpiece. It warrants being called a movie, of the highest caliber in production value , on every single level.
