When I bought my house 30 years ago, Cape Coral was called Cape Coral Coma. At least now, a lot more people are living full-time, which is causing an increase in investment in the area to help serve our new residents. There are better builders in Cape Coral, look for those that have air returns (hello privacy), impact windows, higher ceilings or tile throughout. But you get fancy switches

Sorry Luis but I would have to disagree about seeing the canals when driving thru Cape Coral. Driving in most of Cape Coral is almost like driving thru Hialeah. The average home in PG are way much bigger than CC….

Depends in what area in Cape Coral. You are probably taking about the SE of Cape Coral. By the Yacht Club. That’s where you will find smaller gulf access homes. SW & NW has bigger homes. It's a beautiful renovation worthy of an HGTV reveal. I'd love to live in it but wouldn't want to own it. Elevation so low and close to the water I couldn't risk the chance of flooding and dare I say wind damage from a yet to be named tropical depression.

It’s part of living in Florida. I lived in Florida for over 50 years. The only Bad encounter were Andrew, Charlie and Ian. The only storms that did Damage to me Personally was Charlie that took my tiles from my 35 year old roof and Ian just took my vinyl fence. I have been very lucky.

Hi - love your showings but the low level “music” in the background is terrible, the track on this video is one you use a lot and it is terrible. We have to turn off the sound when you use it so miss your commentary. Sounds like a funeral dirge!
