Hi, thank you, that was clearly explained! Just a question : for a two interview set up, will obvious need multiple cameras set up - is there an automated solution to switch or zoom in to the person talking (interviewer and interviewee) that you could recommend I look at? Thanks Leon

So maybe you could help with a question so if your running your camera to your computer using a micro HDMI and your Mic is hooked up directly to your camera then that would mean you dont need anything like a mixer for live streaming?

I have an eyecam attached to the top of my monitor for my desk top. I want to create videos in front of the eyecam - demonstrating or simply talking about specific products so my audience can see me. Then I want to attach short videos to my web page streamers will visit when looking for information about products - such as guitars. Can you assist with that simple process. Then I have to release my page/site on Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge so people searching may find my page.
@VlogAcademyUK9 ай бұрын
Hi, Timothy, you need something like OBS, Loom or Camtasia to record the video onto your computer, then edit it and upload either to KZfaq or upload a file of the highest resolution to whatever the platform you choose requires.

What about hooking up the mic??? I can’t figure out to stream the lapel mic
@VlogAcademyUK9 ай бұрын
What's your setup? Usually it's best to connect the mic straight to the computer to avoid lag. USB or ensure the mic is correct for your system. You then just need to ensure your computer settings accept external microphone.

@@VlogAcademyUK I figured it out.. I needed an adapter..the cordless mic that came with the camcorder did not work so I bought a better quality one and it works great! Thank you for the video it was very helpful!

Very nice explanation in simple ways, no complicated things. Being simple yet clear is a virtue not many possess but you have that Mam. As I have been teaching in University for last 28 years (India and abroad) and been jury / chair for lots of technical discussions, I have come across many people who are either not clear about their concepts or their explanations are French to a non-french speaking person, hence the benefits in such cases are hard to get. I am sure it will help a lot of people to get started. Thanks for beautiful, short and clear video very useful for the beginners. Regards. - Prof. Bhupesh C Little PhD, Post Doc. @greatergracechristianfello7052 1 second ago Hello Thanks for the video. Maybe you can help us. We are a small church and livestream our services on KZfaq using the Panasonic HC-VX870. To livestream we connect the camera to our laptop using Camnova Video Capture Card (Mini-HDMI on the camera and USB port on the laptop) Then from the soundboard Ch5 we connect the jack to the mic port on the camera. The problem we have is that the sound for the livestream is captured by the camcorder's internal mic and NOT the sound board. I thought that plugging the cable from the sound board on the camera's jack would automatically turn the internal mic off and grab all the sound directly from the sound board. The opposite is true. The internal mic continues to record all the sound so if I talk, sneeze, cough, etc its all recorded. Any way around this problem?

lovely! I have a couple of LED panels and they are ok for small interview setups..would getting this Godox ML-60bi give me more power and better lighting quality? I know the light wil be more focused and more powerful I guess. Just trying to justify buying it! Thanks
@VlogAcademyUK11 ай бұрын
Great question - I'm going to be perfectly honest with you. I really love it as it's so small and easy to use if you're outdoors or travelling etc, but it depends on how much power you need - it's useful for smaller setups and even a backlight, but I bought a Litemons 150 which I've been using much more for larger setups, it's much more powerful. It's also more versatile as I'm using the full Bowens size softboxes etc, the 60Bi is its own smaller size so needs adapter. Final decision is yours I'm afraid! 🤗 www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B09V7SR57B?ref_=pe_27063361_487360311_302_E_DDE_dt_1

Very helpful explanation, I got one question. What if we end the subscription? Can we use those downloaded transitions again? Or is there any restriction in the FCP?
@VlogAcademyUK11 ай бұрын
It's a most important questions! You need to read the T&C but you basically can't use anything after you end it - so this is really important to be aware of if you do external work for clients who want consistency. You don't have to retract the videos you've done though *I don't think!! 😅

@@VlogAcademyUK thanks for your reply, sorry to ask again as I am a beginner. I used this only after getting to know from your video, much appreciated. So I am using only some of the titles and transitions for my Instagram Stories or reels. Does it mean that I have to go to the downloads each time and register such as a project when I make an insta story or reel? A personal insta story is a project?
@VlogAcademyUK11 ай бұрын
@@vineethv2581 Don't worry, licensing is always tricky, and yet they've made it easy for us! Always refer back to the original licence, but I think as long as you use it within your brand, that's fine, it's if you use it for different clients/brands you need to add new project. This means going into you account, to Downloads, add project. You don't need to re-download it. 🤗

What advice do you have one cultivating/creating the "avatar" you'll be directing your voice towards?
@VlogAcademyUK Жыл бұрын
This is all part of our training. It's first about defining your ultimate niche and target audience and understanding what they need - alternatively, pursuing your own "character" to suit you. Then you always just keep focusing on that viewer as one person, your video avatar. Give them a name, age, family situation, come up with everything they enjoy, what do they watch, read, eat, where are they, what they want and aspire towards etc. And just have a personal conversation with them. Have a look at the Crash Course! :) www.vlogacademy.com

You forgot an important issue. You need to get a continuous endless steam of power to your camcorder while using it for live stream instead of depending on the battery. Otherwise you will have a boring task of charging a lot of batteries before each long live stream. Also you will need to interrupt the video live stream for changing the battery. And because the batteries will degrade in capacity by time then you will keep buying new batteries with no end. I think most of the $200-$500 camcorders from big names (Sony, Canon, .. etc) in the market are old designs before the great increase of video live stream that happened after covid. The big companies (sony, canon, .. etc) just keep producing them instead of making new designs.
