Yes, this was self driving for the car, lots of other videos being shared of Tesla's Self Driving and I was impressed with how it handled this, so I thought I'd share. :)

Morning Kim.. This didn't make the live stream, I was headed south to checkout the wallcloud/possible tornado... so I didn't change the camera view. No tornado, believe no injuries from the hail, just a lot of damaged cars and homes.

Wow, I'm only a mile or two east of you. The rotating part of the storm skipped north of I-70 at the last second, passing less than a mile north of me. We got some hail but not nearly the onslaught O'Fallon got. My car only has one dimple. As the rotating part of the storm was passing to my north, I went out and got some video. You can't see anything but grey sky in my video and some of the hailstones, but the sound was like a freight train passing by. It sounded just like a tornado for a few minutes, then the roar faded as the storm moved east. I'm glad it never touched down. My neighbors who work in O'Fallon came home with smashed windshields and car roofs and hoods badly damaged by hail. I lucked out.

Although we have 2 cars and I’m assuming roof damaged, we were just north of the worst part of the hail… lots of window damage less than a mile to our south.

@@ofallonweather So you were just north, and I was just south of the really bad stuff. I feel for everyone having to deal with their insurance, or those who are having to pay out of pocket because they only had liability insurance on their cars. Not to mention all the roofs needing repairs. I hope we don't see another storm like this for a very long time.

Peak time for meteors is 2-3 AM local time. Your camera cut out at midnight, so you missed anything good.

Tom, I'm Laura and I am going mad trying to figure out what that thing in the middle upper of the screen is. It doesn't move AT ALL all these days of the Livestream. Everything else does. On the 13th video that object was there and it looked like the one at 11:29 that um appears and disappears goes backwards too. I am unaware of any craft that does that. Can you see what I'm saying. Later on in the morning as the sun rises it seems to cloak itself in sky. Also what direction are you streaming? Please comment your thoughts. Thank you.

I know there was a small lens flare that night from the bright street light just our of view on the bottom of the screen... the camera was facing NNE.

Hi I was watching last night and at exactly 11:29 a craft appears for 1 minute you'll see it in the upper middle screen. Amazing.

That's not a "craft". That is lens flare or more likely lens cover glint likely coming from a light source at the bottom right.

It was a nearby airplane, with the camera focused at the stars, nearby aircraft can look a bit strange. We are in line with planes landing at Lambert Airport in St. Louis. Other planes that look clear are much further and higher.

It was fairly steady at times, I had to get to bed about 3 hours into the live stream, then the internet went out shortly after midnight for 5 minutes and the stream didn't recover.. I have another live started through sunrise, and we'll do it again tonight.
