So timing is important right? Do weight training to empty glycogen store in muscle, then eat. So the carbohydrates eaten will less likely to be stored in the fat and stored in muscle.

You can do it either way, it might be better, when starting off to do all of them on the same day and then take a day off for rest.

the supplements are in hard form In our organs and in our tissues and then our cells attack them because they think they're for an Invaders. U need an ionic form of them. When you say the availability is not so great when they're mixed together isn't true if you get them from herbs so are you talking about supplements that are probably fake anyways or n a hard form

So let's say I have a sheet with values in both columns and rows. I want to add the instances in the row to each other only, but the sheet is too large to create the same function in every row of the column. Is there a way to take column A and column B, sum them in column C and insure that I'm not adding together all of column A to column B? Edit: For anyone who might be stuck with the same issue, just input your function for the first column/row and double click the bottom right corner of the box with the function and it will populate the other boxes
