Thanks for this one! I’m very interested in La Zenia and Playa Flameca. I think Torrevieja could feel too big of a city for me, but at the same time it has a lot of things to do.

Esta zona es apta tanto para residencia permanente como para recreación, por lo que los inmuebles en ella tienen una gran demanda. Muchos apartamentos aquí tienen hermosas vistas al mar Mediterráneo, así como al lago rosa, que forma parte del área de conservación natural de Lagunas de La Mata y Torrevieja. La demanda de propiedades turísticas en esta zona siempre supera la oferta durante la temporada de verano, por lo que Los Balcones parece una zona muy atractiva desde el punto de vista de la inversión.

There are fewer people here than in other locations I've been to. I think one of the reasons for this is beaches with a lot of algae. Also, the shooting time is during the day; there will be more people in the evening.

It depends on what criteria you are guided by? And what do you want to get from these apartments? I didn't like Los Nietos when compared to other resort places. For example Playa Honda (kzfaq.info/get/bejne/bdlkqMtztZ7OZIk.htmlsi=xBNbR2Zknq8osjJG). Also in the next few weeks I will be adding videos to: Los Urrutias, Estrella De Mar, El Carmoli, Punta Brava.
