I have a theory that Paramount/SEGA are purposely holding off on Sonic 3 news due to the release of Sonic x Shadow Generations in October, since they’re fairly similar to the point where an unaware consumer may not know the difference. (Both are Sonic projects prominently featuring Shadow in a lead role releasing in the latter half of the year) so I presume the trailer will be out October-November time.
