Mario had his right nipple removed surgically for medical purposes. What he showed us was a glued nipple prosthesis, easy to remove, and easy to install.

The nipple was fake with adhesive. He had a thin layer of fake skin over his real nipple. And you can see when he sticks it back on, it wasn’t on the same spot. That was easy to figure out and I’m not a magician

What inspired me about Mario is his persistence after his playing cards were warped and ruined by the constant rain while in the Jungle, using anything else he could find for his magic, which says a lot about his character. XO

Quite a performance. About the nipple, he pulled it up under the shirt then let it back down. Very slick. But the salt? I have no clue. And the performance? EPIC!!

The moving nipple is slight of hand with him stretching his skin, if you watch again its easy to see.

The Nipple was the easiest thing to figure out he just pulls up on his chest and changing direction of hands so you don’t notice

Not to come out as rude. To be honest, there is no way you fooled them with that nipple trick. They loved you so much that you had to open up for them. Your style and skill are so amazing. Keep it up.

He covers his nipple with his pinky and ring finger, then pulls the skin up giving the illusion of no nip. Simple and effective

there's no shot they didn't know how he did the nipple... his left hand it pulling it above his shirt, you can see his skin stretching when he does the reveal. I think Penn just wanted to make a joke, and didn't want to get into the weeds over bits and pieces of the salt routine.

The nipple was pulled up by his hand holding the shirt. Then hidden with his other hand when he " put it back." I'm an amateur, the salt fooled me.

his performance is like an essay. Disappearing salt is very popular trick, and little by little he shows Penn and teller he isn't using any of the known ways to do it.
