Hi! How are you?? Hope you are doing well! Actually Zeiss has launched their New HDX binoculars. I am confused between Kowa TSN Prominar 99 and Zeiss victory Harpia 95 and finding difficulty to buy which one is the best?? Zeiss victory Harpia 95 in advertising they say that when you are at starting magnification 23x and focusede it and image is clear and after that if you zoom all the way to maximum 70x so you don't need to focus it or adjuste focus it shows everything clear however i want to know wheather ziess victory Harpia 95 accepts astronomy eyepieces or not?? But not getting any answer from Zeiss and another side Kowa do acceptse astronomy eyepieces if you buy kowa 1.25 inch astro adapter so can you please show all the details in a video for Zeiss victory Harpia 95??? I think you are the one who can make detailed information video about it.

@trident8872 hey there and thank you! We are actually working on a comparison between the Harpia 95 and Kowa 99. Both are amazing and I like different things about each so far. Can't go wrong either way, but stay tuned for the details. I don't know if the Zeiss will accept an astronomy eyepiece, but I'll try to find out and put it in that video. Thanks for watching!!

Tract does some things exceptionally well but then make some very silly design decisions. Their rifle scope have those GOOFY tall turrets, which unlock and get even taller Spotter only 55x when they know they fighting against 60x from everyone else No arca Athlon Cronus is 33% less expensive, has great glass, dual focus, arca compatible, more magnification....unless you are obsessed with Schott glass this is a no-brainer IMO. Cronus ALL DAY!!!

I have the Kowa TSN-99 Spottingscope with the TE-11WZ II 30-70 zoom eyepiece and the excellent TE-80XW 40x eyepiece, this Spottingscope is the very best you can get today ! I have used Spottingscopes since 1987 and I have tried a lot of different Spottingscopes through those years. The TSN-99 will be my laste Spottingscope. When I bought it I compared it very close to the Zeiss Victory Harpia 95, optically the two are very close, about the same, but to the Kowa is much easier to use.

Just came across you guys. Nice work. I do think that you’re suppose to zero Gunwerks guns because people get on the gun differently. I’ve heard Aaron Davidson say that on several different podcasts. Again, nice job.

Review says.... Cronus - CON was the weight at 66oz Kowa - PRO was the weight at 65oz Both 20-60x85 - Odd how one is a negative and one is a positive
@BackwoodsPursuit
@BackwoodsPursuit 8 күн бұрын
@KevinWood44 hey there! Thanks for the insight. I guess the thought behind that is given that the Kowa has a larger objective (88mm vs the 86mm of the Athlon), and given that the Kowa was much lighter than the others in its price and performance class, we considered that weight a "Pro". Optical performance is largely affected by the glass, and most of the time, the best performing optics are simply heavier because the extra performance requires additional glass to make that happen. Thanks for watching!

Considering stabilized if you are using tripod is just plenty stupid ! It is like considering using a boat to replace your car... This video is stupid. You forgot to say that stab binocular are fragile, that's probably their main downside. Their are also heavier that regular ones, and make noise. And obviously, they are more expensive that comparable standard binocular. Now, I have 14x42 stabilized from fujinon, and using from a boat... The results are really game changer.
@BackwoodsPursuit
@BackwoodsPursuit 16 күн бұрын
Hey there! I suppose that would depend on someones use and what they are trying to accomplish. If you are wanting something to be able to run and gun...glassing while hiking, then stabilized makes a ton of sense. If you do most of your glassing off of a tripod, then they I'd opt for better glass. However, if you want to be able to do both, then stabilized can also make sense. I've used stabilized in all of those scenarios and for me personally, they each have their place. Yes, they are certainly more fragile, and there are electronics involved so they won't last as long as traditional binoculars. I will say, however, that when I've compared the weight of stabilized binoculars to others of similar quality, they land right in the middle (as far as weight is concerned). They are, however, much lighter than your "premium" binoculars like the NL Pure. Thanks for watching!

My only concern with your method would be having your fingers between the rope and the tree during your move. If something were to happen and you fell, that's really going to do a number on your fingers when that rope tightens on the tree. Innovating the Outdoors makes a 3D printed t handle that allows you to move the rope without having your hands under the rope. I one stick and move my repel rope in a similar way, but it's always on my mind about falling and getting them caught.

I have these exact same pants. I have worn them on two 15 mile hikes in Florida ,late July, Temp 93 degrees, humidity 72 percent. They are better then my Sitka Equinox Gard pants as they are indeed cooler..and cheaper. They seem to be pretty mosquito proof so far. . I find the 2 hand pockets too small for my hands, the right thigh pocket too long in that my phone bangs around just above my knee.. They go well with my forloh boxers . Agreed that the waist seemed a little snug, but it stretched and was quite comfortable. . I had no problem with them staying up, the length was fine for me.. I will buy them again.
