Nice flute for experimental music, for orchestra, no. thankfully The Orchestra Elements has a flute, it’s a bit weak in power, but useful.

I downloaded and installed this several months ago. Unfortunately, for unknown reasons, it did not work at all. No idea why. It didn't matter how many times I uninstalled and reinstalled it, no joy. A pity, but not vital.

I miss the old fashioned looking college style artwork of Labs- the new stuff looks like it was done in 5 minutes in paint. Well, it looks like Spitfire is going all in on the money now and not the artistic vision.

I have Spotlight Piano from Fracture Sounds. It did not work well in my arrangement. I like Musio Cinepiano which I also own. My latest is CP-50 from Arturia and I like that one the most. It's a bit on the bright synthy side. Heavyocity has a free one which is ok, not great, I think.

Thanks for the video! Half a year ago I watched this and download the The Experience for sfz, the sound is wonderful, this library can be sold for 100$. After this library, I stopped buying plugins at all.

The problem with piano dynamics. I add 2 single stave voices , change to a piano sound with a treble clef, and likewise a piano sound with a bass clef. We now have two separate line , whose dynamics can be applied easily. The drawback.. cutting and pasting from your original Piano stave!!

Beware when you upfate from LABS to LABS+: the new LABS+ plugin works online only. No internet, no LABS. (Personnaly I've reinstalled the old v1.5.1 plugin)

For me, personally, I hate paying subscription on ANYTHING. Would MUCH prefer just actually paying for the plugins and samples and having them, rather than paying monthly. This has almost totally lost me.

I don’t know if the whole visual change is also a way of mocking whoever uses it on top of that. It’s ugly and doesn’t match how the rest of their products are presented. The always online thing is a huge letdown as well. As always, subscription based services serve nothing but to remove ownership from the user and hold said user for ransom while business slowly figure the proportion of what they can take away before they start losing money.

Spitfire Audio also do the free BBCSO orchestra, you should check that out too. It was so good I upgraded to the next level. Lets hope the SonuScore is as good ;-{)

Thanks for an honest review, it's very much appreciated. I'm personally not at all happy with Spitfire for doing this. I might just continue to use the old plugin and libraries but there'll be no more updates or bugfixes if I do that, which sucks too. I hate that Spitfire went this route and I doubt I'll ever buy from them again.

SonuScore are mad lads for dropping this, this literally makes some paid started orchestras obsolete! And it may pay off, because I instantly considered upgrading to something, especially now during the sale.
