My only experience with auto trans muscle cars had been the dogshit slushboxes in the S197s. Once I'd experienced the 10 speed I saw the light. I still love the Tremec and even the MT82, but the new automatics in these things are way more fun than anyone would ever think an auto muscle car could ever be. And they shift like LIGHTNING. Congrats, bro. Sounds incredible too 🙌

You should take your bike on some mountain rides. Beaver, UT and ride UT-153 East to Puffer Lake for a nice quick mountain cruise and great views. Also take that bad boy from I-15 to I-70E to Denver for beautiful longer road trip. Great bike and vids man I respect your riding style.

Congrats on the purchase. I had a 2001 R1 and then a 2004 R1 but got rid of my bike in 2013 because of wife and kids. Lately I've been dying to get back on 2 wheels and I'm stuck between a new R1, BMW R1300GS, or a Harley Davidson Breakout. I'm 43 and still remember the back and wrist pain on long rides lol.

Is baffle delete worth it for a month or two or should I get a new exhaust

Sexy bike! I had a 03 r1 I bought new. It was awesome. I had just got out of the army and bought it and did nothing but ride from march to September. 26,000 miles in 7 months. I destroyed it that Sept. I'm now in the depths of my mid life crisis, and seriously thinking about getting another R1. I have a dr650, tenere 700 and yz250. I'm craving some speed though. These new R1's must be crazy fast.

Зачем вы переключаете скорости? Этот мотоцикл на первой передаче спокойно едет во всём диапазоне городских скоростей. МТ-03 или МТ-07 для нормальных людей, МТ-10 для ненормальных, это излишество. Скорость нужна за городом, но МТ-10 не подходят для езды по трассе.
