Don’t is the tip. If you wanna be a pilot getting a 4 year degree won’t help you in your career. What will help you however is getting your pilots license as soon as possible and building up to the minimum hours 1500 college 100% not worth it. Save yourself some time and go to flight school

The Hawker is a wonderful airplane. Outside of the weeping wings and somewhat bizarre Elec system its very straightforward and very easy to fly. Stable and able.

It saves you quite a lot of time getting into a commercial job if you go through college but it's possible to do it through a regular Flight School

@@carlosizquierdo1939At my college an Associates in Science includes your private pilot license. And it’s community college so it’s so worth it. I took my intro flight a few days ago and my instructor hit me with the 45 degree turn 😂

adding a few swipes of nose-up trim before entering into the manuver helps greatly, and keeping your pitch attitude around 2.5 degrees nose up.

Wouldn't it better if pilot trainings actually include VR goggles? Like in this modern time, home gaming looks like they give better training feels this. Hey don't come after me. Just saying😅

That’s pretty valid. I thought it was weird the screens were stationary, it takes some of the immersion out of it. A VR headset could possibly be cheaper than 3 tvs too 😂

@@NateIngyagreed- I can get behind the full “box” when you have 180 of vision, but VR or even AR seem like the best way to adapt to new technological advances

@@NateIngy nah trust me, its supposed to stay stationary. would be all wonky for the person using it if the screen also moved. VR would have the same issue.

They have a pro flight major which costs more and u basically get your commercial pilots license, as well as a handful of aerospace tech majors that usually end up logging flight hours in their undergrad time. I’m taking classes as undecided atm but I have a couple friends who are in AET / taking flights classes at the airport

@@monkevibin you don't need a privates or any flying experience, but it is very expensive. I think around 80k on top of standard undergrad tuition (80 is about what it costs to get a commercial license on your own)
