did you try dynamic stabilization on 20-40? with crop factor , what was the max zoom range at 40 mm end ? How is the background bokeh on that lens? i am thinking about getting the same setup. i wonder how the lens looks on zvE1 body

I did try it with the dynamic stabilization. It’s a slight crop. At 40mm, it felt like 45mm but still felt like I had enough range to play with. The bokeh is nice on the lens and it’s the perfect size for the Sony ZVE1 body. Pretty light as well.

This is the exact same setup I'm going for! ZV-E1 with the Tamron 20-40 f2.8! You think this will be good for filmmaking? short films and social media as well? :D

For sure! I got this camera with filmmaking in mind. As long you’re not shooting long takes like 45 min continuously, you’re golden. This footage looks great on social media.

This camera looks awesome! I'm debating between this camera and the A7IV. I'm glad to hear that the camera didn't overheat at all during your use. I did want to ask how hot the actual body of the camera gets. Other people have said that when recording in 4K it get uncomfortably hot really quickly, and has a "burning plastic smell" to it. Does it really feel that hot to the touch? Maybe some people got bad units, but I just wanted to know your thoughts and experience. Thanks!

TheJoTri This is probably more accurate as of about 4 days ago from typing this comment, but here it is: Top front/Bangs: slightly past my mouth and 6” Top of the back: 4.75” Back of the top: 5.5” Side part of the top: 5.5” Sideburns: 6” Right above my ears: 6.5” Right behind the top part of my ear (about level with my eyes & 3.25” below my hairline): 6.75” Right behind the middle part of my ear (about level with going down my nose & 4” below my hairline in the front): 7.25” Right behind the bottom part of my ear (level with my moustache area & 5” below my hairline): 7.5” Further down in the side part of the back and level with past my mouth: 7” And then I think it gets shorter to about 6.5” around level with the middle of my chin and possibly even slightly shorter towards my neck, but idek. When you get a haircut or trim what do you ask for?

I got my trim at the 1 year mark. Ask for half inch off and also remind them you are growing out your hair. If you want texture, ask for layers. I suggest going to a hair salon instead of barber. Let me know if you have more questions bro😀

hey, hope you don’t mind my asking but did you get these off of the nike website?? i bought a pair of blazer mid 77s vintage and the nike text on the back of the shoe looks the same as yours but on other vintage blazers the nike font is thicker in the back
