Id recommend sam for the bandits because he has 2x hp = 200 HP. UTS is like Gta 6 but free ( edited to say this )

Thanks for the help but I used a different technique, bye getting the Bandit’s safe and then I went to Winter Bandit and killed everyone. (I recommend using Assault Rifle, Shotgun, and Sniper Rifle)

winter bandit base is really ez to raid and gives you lot's of money but the progress takes so much longer, but i guess this is better
