Interesting I thought it would have a melody not just a bunch of jumbled chords to just rhythm its definately plain.

Interesting is the right thing in my opinion, as far as chords they are not simply a jumble but follow a traditional progression,hopefully you listened until the end and was able to enjoy the submelody meant to enhance the prose and imagery, thanks for your interest and comment we( Ed and I ) really appreciate it!
