This home and the barn are in my town. I've had the pleasure of following its building progress. The home owner is an incredible designer and as breathtaking as this video portrays it to be - it FAR exceeds this in real life! It's absolutely stunning!

Love this place. I am very familiar with this area as a nearby resident of Cape Elizabeth for 7 yrs. Any visitor to the Lobster Shack will also know this area. A spectacular location with Portland and other amenities within a short drive. Don't miss Kettle Cove and Crescent Beach when you are in the area also. Check out Inn by the Sea as your lodging option (dog friendly last I checked). Would move back in a heartbeat if circumstances and finances permitted. So many good memories there .....

Beautiful house. I enjoyed going to school there in the 70's. Still a beautiful area. Not to far from Boston, about 90 miles or Portland Maine which is about 30 miles and has the city feel. I loved feeling away from the city, but still close enough to to go to a Red Sox game once in a while. I loved Maine. ❤

I rented a cottage in the area in the 70's. It is a beautiful area. It is a charming community there. Anyone would be happy living there. A great Summer place if you just wanted a beach home. Beautiful property. ❤

Stivers cove. I spent a lot of my childhood right next door to this place. Schooner road or drive. My grandmother and grandfather had a camp there. Absolutely the best memories ever.

Very nice - but "seasonal" and quite old - $3.5M is way too much. Should be more like $2M given the package. Could definitely see this having more value with an update and year round living. I'm sure there's a buyer that when they walk, gold bars drop from their _____ and will have no problem seeing the value.
