this looks like the hardest part tbh, your balancing skills (with one hand!!) are absurdly good. Are there any downsides to your invention compared to the standard wheels? Just found your channel and your ingeniuty is incredible!

Haha hell yeah. My buddies dad was in a wheelchair growing up, he was a cool mf. Drank beers with us, smoked it up with us, made his own wine and used beat the shit out of us in pool!!! Used to threaten to push his ass down stairs when he wanted to get funny. 😂 Calvin is a was a cool mf.

Where did you get the actuator from?

You are an angel for this. No doctor has diagnosed my physical disability or has any ideas on how to, so insurance won't cover a chair. I'm going to build one for myself soon. You are changing people's lives.

No reason wheel chairs need to be 10-15k the prices are absurd. Thank you for your service you passed the test soldier -ghost

❤best I've seen. Metal frames are worst bend like softballs.
@brin5710 ай бұрын
Absolute rubbish statement ! Been an active user for 46 years, up and down stairs, in the wilderness, rocky terrain, hundreds of encounters with baggage handlers, and never had a frame bend !! If you're are bending frames, you are seriously abusing them.

Hello, I stumbled upon your channel. I have a question that I hope isn't to intrusive. If so, I apologize. I see that you but a PVC chair and wood chairs. Also the scooter board. Are these development stage products you wish to sell? Are chairs available today unable to accomplish what yours can do or are they just financially to expensive? Again, hope I am not being to forward. Thanks for your content.

I make proof of concepts so other people can copy my designs. The idea is to encourage people to make their own equipment due to the high cost of available products.

I'd like to recommend an anti-tipper for the back, especially since you're experimenting with different configurations. If you tip over on the back your head will smack into the ground with a good amount of momentum and you don't have any way to cushion your fall.

Since you are providing advice, I would like to know about your experience with the use and function of wheelchairs. Are you able to list both the advantages and disadvantages anti-tippers in real world situations?
