@@user-op2tl3ui4k absolutely can and definitely recommend. Quick recap of requirements is a 4 year degree in nursing. And 1 year working as a nurse in the icu. Those are minimum requirements to apply.

Great channel! 😍I appreciate that your interviwing such ambitious nurses. It needs to be known that nurses can and will do whats needed to live their best life. However, I'd like to see interviews of nurses who have had "lengthy careers" and then did a pivot. In other words, someone nursing at bedside greater than 20 years and became wealthy because they returned to school later in life and hustled on a side gig, etc. Otherwise, wishing you all the best with growing your channel.
@investingRN3 ай бұрын
Absolutely!! That’s the whole mission of this channel. To show what nurse are capable of. Not something we had when we first started and I wish we had the opportunity to be exposed to such great mentors.

Noted we will search out some nurses with longer careers for examples of every part of nursing and entrepreneurship.

I thought I was the only one. I just sent my 8 yr old to the coal mines. And they can finally afford the rent I charge them.

I totally agree. I made my 8 year old son get a full time job as an underwater welder and it's worked out great.

This mustve been pre-2008. Although this same strategy works today its just a little different. The bank wont take the second lein position but if the seller is willing to Ive done this strategy

You can can't cover your monthly payments with just the rent. Also that is a liability. If repairs are required or your tenant can't pay rent anymore, you quickly have a huge problem. While general idea is fine, you should not be naive. Think things through first. Also... expect a housing crash at some point. Just saying. ;)

That’s the exact reason why I retired because it moved away from the patient to the almighty buck! That’s not what medicine supposed to be about. I got into medicine so that I could help people. And I did for a good 25 years. Good luck to you guys.

1. Depending on the program you choose and the speed to which you complete all the requirements this could take up to 10 years. If you do not have a strong application like I did not at first, taking additional classes to boost science GPA and show the acceptance committee you mean business and are ready for the challenges ahead 2. All joking aside there is still a hesitation for a lot of healthcare professionals to recognize the expertise or CRNAs because we have a nursing background. My hope is that it’ll get better with each anesthetic given because we are the best at what we do. 3. The political climate inside anesthesia is a challenge to say the least. We have some amazing CRNAs paving a way for the younger generation of CRNAs that is mostly taken for granted. But it was not something I had any idea about when I chose to pursue CRNA education. 4. This one is true… I assumed my education and expert positioning would allow me to make every decision for myself… but I am still beholden to the admins who have more say than they should… and certain pharmacies dictating the medications I can use in certain situations. #anesthesia #nurseanesthesiologist #crna #crnaweek #rrna #srna #realtalk Give us a follow if you made it to the end of this and please share with any friends who are nurses that are looking to better themselves and their financial future @investingrnpod Send this to anyone considering going to CRNA school so they are at least aware before they make the decision to pursue it
