I want smaller triceps but a bigger chest. I've been cutting and doing alot of flys but I'm worried my chest won't grow just from flys. Thoughts?

Chest is a common genetic weak point, and really just takes time and hard work to get through. In my opinion, it takes 1-2 years to build what we would consider a solid chest, and 3-4 to build an awesome chest. Don’t be discouraged by that, though. As long as your diet is right and you’re getting stronger each month, your chest WILL grow. It just grows slower than most people like. Here’s one little trick you can do: On the 3rd day after chest day, start your workout with a chest warm-up and 3 heavy sets of incline barbell press. Then move on to your normal workout. This won’t be enough to interfere with your next chest day, and can give you a little boost. I'd recommend that over just extra chest flys.

I am 5”11 235 been jogging down to an average 7:30 mile for my 3 mile run that I do before working out and still nothing I can’t lose mass My body fat is going down my abs are becoming more developed I even switched to calisthenics and dropped to two 1000 cals meals and still nothing gonna up it 5 miles and see if there’s any change

To lose fat, you need to burn more calories than you consume. No matter how fast or how often or for what duration you're jogging, if you eat a calorie surplus you will gain. When you're really fatigued, the stress isn't just in your muscles anymore-it's all over your body. You can feel it in your brain (CNS), your immune system, and your heart and blood vessels.

The weight loss drugs are pretty amazing. I am sorry I missed that investment before took off. I have some return on it, but I did not get in low enough. I'm definitely tracking these now as I doubt people looking for easier ways to keep their weight controlled is a fad. I think these weight loss drugs will become an incredibly common medication to maintain healthier weights. Huge TAM with lots of revenue and profit generated.

Well since the FDA banned many of the popular and effective ones earlier this year, it’s almost a useless video now. I responded well to CJC/ipamorelin, but alas, I can no longer get it legally.

Muscles don't grow at the same rate. Primary muscles grow faster than other primary muscles and primary stabilizers. This is one reason why we utilize accessories. Example: The long head of the tricep doesn't get activated as much as the other 2. Hints, the reason why we do lying tricep extensions. Another good reason for accessories is overuse. Using the same barbell movement will push you closer to injuries. What about anatomy? I have an anterior pelvic tilt...I NEED direct lower abdominal work. Not to mention volume. Muscles need volume and rep variations. Every rep/set scheme has its benefits.

My strategy was to eat everything what contains proteins and has less than 5% fats and less than 5% carbs. In that category are, for instance, low fat dairies.
