It is a mythical courier, you cannot but it anywhere else. It used to be extremely rare, as the courier was a tie-in with Okami and was a reward for buying the game on release, and since then was no longer purchaseable

none of the items we get from the battle passes and events like crownfall are non tradable and not marketable but the items in treasures might be marketable and tradable

In act 2, from lv 5 to lv6, it need 3 token. After im finish the match for 3rd token, the token request is change. It happen 2times, and I still didnt finish it. Is it bug ? Or is it just me? Or is it normal?

They updated the algorithm based on purchase history, so if you have purchased a lot of items on dota2 you wont receive arcana so that you will spend more on the event.
