I've used these RM style deployants on a few different FKM straps, and other non Artem sailcloths with great success, but none were as thick as the one you have so the straps laid flat on the deployant and wrist.... They add a little flair to the straps and are very cheap on Ali, so i like them.

Enjoyed it. I've had problems with scissor clasps and straps, similar to yours. For me, if the clasp and strap don't mesh for whatever reason, I'll usually go to a buckle or a different clasp.

I cut off the excess silicone on the bracelet, filed a little with a diamond file so that there are no sharp edges. Now it no longer sticks out and looks decent. Personally, I think the original bracelet is great, it's just a little too long and has that unnecessary overhang. I am also waiting for the sapphire glass to arrive so I can install it. Duro is a really great watch that can be used in all occasions, very universal for little money

Bro, don't call it an Invicta. Its still a Glycine with Invicta ownership. I have the GL00083 model, and love it. Especially for it's price point.

Thanks Kevin for your video! I'm sorry that you didn't love the combination. A lot of customers use these together, but it can be tricky to get it set up right. Aittle bit of force to twist the end of the strap to lay flat won't hurt the FKM. Great Seiko by the way!

Is that a 3mm version? It seems like that may be the problem. On their website they list tropic straps working but only for the 2mm version because some straps having 2mm tangs and some with 3mm tangs.

Idk. I’d have to wear it to give it my approval, because what’s most important with me when it comes to straps of all sorts is a good fit, adjustability, and comfort. Tudor’s t-fit on the Pelagos 39 and BB54 has me spoiled I wanted to wear a beautiful, classic tropical strap on some of my watches. Because the pin holes on tropics are so far apart, the strap is either too tight or too loose. Some have recommended that I get a hole puncher to punch new holes, but the way the strap is constructed on the underside makes that seem iffy to me. On the underside, between each hole is thick, raised areas of rubber. Idk. What a shame it is, as I think the most beautiful rubber strap is none other than the tropic. And then there’s the classic isoframe: while beautiful, it’s simply too long for small wrist individuals like me. This is why I just stick to bracelets and NATOs. Edit: last thing I’ll say is that I think the tropic strap is the best looking strap on the classic 62MAS, especially the best variant that you have.

Regarding the battery, actually there are 2 batteries, 1 on the movement to run the movement and the second one is a large lithium batterie which power the Night vision (Leds). To change the batteries, it is like any other quart watches, just open the case back and the batteries will be accessible without unscrewing anything ;-) Also to mention, all our watches do have a Patented module (PCB) with Leds. I am proud to be the owner of this model and was the first watch I spent over $1,000 on. It has become my favorite watch by a long shot and also my favorite watch Omega ever produced. I am also glad to have its original manual, box, and warranty card. By the way these aren't considered reduced watches because this doesn't use a double stack movement and uses a cal 7751 (Omega 1151) movement. The button on the side changes the weekday function. I am not sure if he sold the watch yet though it will be harder to sell with the weird winding sound and yellowed hands which is unfortunately common for this specific model to have specific yellowed hands. Fun Fact: This watch has actually been worn in space by Michael L. Gernhardt on STS-94 in 1997.

I was comparing this watch to Seiko's SUR 555. The seiko is superior in every way. EXCEPT the seconds hand hand misses the markers on the seiko in every review I watched. What do you guys think?

I’m not 100% sure. I used to be into Cronos/San Martin, so I also used to poke around AliExpress. I used to notice these sterile watches. I think that these are actually just listing by rep dealers, that are intended to not set off AliExpress’ verification service. Although it’s AliExpress, I don’t think they allow the sale of outright fake watches. I think the listing was for a replica all along, and the whole sterile shtick was just to keep the listing up.

That NTH Devil Ray GMT looks PHENOMENAL! Love the contrast and busy-ness of that dial! Sawtooth bezel knurling looks awesome too.
