Haha it was too dark and got late, i could have cooked obviously but didnt wanna put in the extra effort, but also i had a big piece of meat i planned to make pver the fire but it would take too long to cook

I enjoy filming the cooking and i know others like it too, its a big part of being outdoors but to some extent i agree i would like to minimise the cooking aswell, this was my first video like this :)

So true, many young people think they can eat like crap just because they dont get any side effect instantly, snd the human brain is not so good at comprehending long term effect. It will look for the easy way and only act on the short term and therefore it hinders many young people from taking the healthy step
